libevocosm-4.0-4 software package provides C++ framework for developing evolutionary algorithms, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libevocosm-4.0-4
libevocosm-4.0-4 is installed in your system.
